Confidential Advice and Help for Dancers' Injuries

Have you received immediate treatment or had an operation for an injury but been sent away with insufficient information on what to do next or how to manage your recovery to dance?

We are happy to give advice on what to do to optimise your recovery time eg how to avoid deconditioning, how to maintain motivation, how to relate your physiotherapy routine to dance exercises, how to progress a rehabilitation program etc.

We understand that dancers often do not want their colleagues, teachers and employers to know they are nursing an injury which is why we offer this confidential service.

Contact celia@danceagain.org for more information, help or just a chat.

Help to Find Additional Treatment, beyond the NHS

As elite athletes, sometimes dancers need an enhanced or more intensive period of supervised rehabilitation to meet their recovery milestones safely yet more quickly. We can offer guidance on other suitably specialized providers in different locations across the country and can try to negotiate a preferential rate for Dance Again Foundation clients.

Contact celia@danceagain.org for more information and help.

At Dance Again we are all volunteers. Please respect our efforts to answer as quickly as we can and allocate funding as fairly as possible. Our aims are to help each dancer make the best recovery possible, and allocate funds and effort accordingly.Rude or threatening correspondence will not be answered.
